He was very concerned in adequately cleaning the awning without discoloration. He was able to do by thoroughly cleaning using steam. Driveway, soffet and guttering look new! Not only was his service the most reasonably priced, it was professional and he showed up when scheduled. I would definitely use his service again. Wish there was a higher rating than an A!"
