Had a roof and gutter installed at 406 Cedar Street louden Tn. It was a nightmare from beginning to end. The installation started on October of last year and ended in December at the end we ended up the gutter color way off cause there salesperson person never emailed us the gutter colors chart only the roof color chart so we pick the same color not knowing the was a gutter color chart.that company is not very customer oriented.they blamed us for picking the color never admitting that there’s salesperson never sent us the gutter color chart in the beginning I really hope they honor there warranty

It went well. They came for 4 days, 4 hours each day. They completed 1 stage of the project each day until it was done. They finished the job and left, but I wasn't told where to pay it . Somebody called me and got the payment. It was a very well done job but it still has puddles when it rains. It is good but not quite perfect. They came in and did the work. The patio was cracked, but they were able to fix it.
