While they came out as promised and did the repair. I had to recall them, they came back out and corrected the problem. Then I had to call them again, he said he would be out on 2 different occasions and has not come back or called us.
Lil Jerrys PlumbingGREAT!! Took about 3 weeks out of our home. They worked with 20th Century Flooring, plumbers, movers to get it all repaired. They even provided workers to help me unpack since I was ill.
I now have to pay to repair the real source of leak as well as fixing the unfinished unnecessary repairs that were done. I am lucky the tub didn't fall through floor after they cut main support beam.
Our experience with them was very good. He needed to repair a previous plumbers bad work. We thought the price was on the high side. We've used them a couple of time and have always been happy with their service. We will use them again.
