My old plaster ceiling was failing and Cirio were able to demo it and hang drywall in a reasonable time for a reasonable cost. I would definitely use them for any similar projects.

Cirio is a pleasure to work with. Extremely knowledgeable and exhibited extreme attention to detail. His staff was very professional and kept the workplace clean. He went above and beyond. We will definitely use their services again. We hired Cirio for a complete remodel of our basement. He preformed all jobs from drywall, plumbing, new windows, new stairs, tile, electrical with new fixtures and kitchenette install. During his time working on our home, we had an issue with a malfunctioning sump pump that he addressed promptly and saved us from water damage. He also addressed a leak in the roofing and organized the repair. We also had the main water line burst and the waterline in our laundry room burst and he quickly jumped into action to remedy those issues. With all the extra issues we had we thought the job timeline would be extended, but to our surprise he completed all the work on time. Cirio will not disappoint.

Exceptional services. On time and completes work ion a very timely manner. Has very professional and trained workers, including his son and daughter. We call upon him for everything. He never disappoints. In 2019, we met him while completing another project in the neighborhood. We were really in a mess as our other contractor had abandoned our work. Mr. Real and his Team came and finished the work. We only rely on him to perform our work.

Cirio & his team did most of the work on our fixer upper, which included switching the laundry and bathroom locations. They respond quickly, work efficiently, have a reliable network of specialists, are honest and affordable, and they keep their word.

Cirio was very prompt, and was able to start on the project just a few days after I reached out to him. He re-trimmed the windows, repaired the drywall, and painted the walls and ceiling in our sunroom. His drywall repair is indistinguishable from brand new drywall. Throughout the whole process, he and his crew were professional and a pleasure to work with. My favorite thing about Cirio was how well he cleaned up. So many contractors leave a mess, but Cirio made sure the room was completely clean when he left. I plan to use Cirio again for other projects, and would recommend him and his crew to anyone!

Cirio was very prompt to respond to me in order to attain an in-person quote as well as afterward. He started the project on-time and completed well prior to the date I communicated was the absolute latest the interior home painting and deck washing/staining project had to be complete. He even took the time to do a walk-thru after the project was complete and personally touched up a few areas right there on the spot that needed it before payment. I would highly recommend Cirio and his team to others and I plan on using his services for other projects I have in mind.

The employees have worked hard for my husband and me, to accomplish a total house remodeling. This project started 15 months ago, and we met Cirio Real a year ago. He has done an excellent job, takes pride in his work, makes sure his employees take good care of all areas: demo, drywall, floors, molding, doors, painting, tile...I could go on and on. On time, and will work all day. He responds quickly to calls or email, if there may be questions. I recommend this company without reservation.

The painters were on time, did an excellent job and completed everything by the deadline even after I added additional projects. I asked them to paint a front porch hand rail and install a new closet system.

Hired Cirio to do a kitchen, four bathrooms, and our outside garage and door trim. Excellent work, started the next day from estimate. Showed up on time, ready to work and finished in one day. Will hire again if we decide to do more rooms!
