Took care of all my needs with expertise and advice with options. I did not feel I was being led down a money pit but instead to a solution to my problem, which was taken care of in a very timely and cost friendly way.

Wayne is very nice and answered all our questions regarding our install of the Sunshade we wanted to put up. He did an exceptional job and we would hire again for any project we have in mind.

This was an overall deplorable experience. No effort made to protect surroundings while painting and staining. My driveway has permanent marks from painting my patio furniture. Deck sealant put down over paint stains on deck. Finished costs way over priced considering quality of work. I am a single senior citizen lady ; I think they took total advantage of me. The only positive I have is the carpentry work done was acceptable. I dont recommend this company in the least.

The assembly took a long time. The individual did not check to make sure the assembly of all parts worked properly after assembly (e.g. I had to tell him the drawers would not open/close correctly). Also, He damaged the nightstand and charged me to attempt to repair it. The repair does not look good.

I really liked the owners they are very professional and do not try to rip you off. They also let you know if they don t think you need more than you do. I would highly recommend Blue Sky Maintenance. Thank You 🙏

Mr. Wayne displayed professionalism the first time he came to my home to give me a quote. I selected Wayne due to the fact that the quote was fair. He did a great job painting my house. If I asked him to do some thing over he did without a complaint. He has.a pleasant personality and it was a pleasure working with him.I will definitely recommend him to anyone who need a paint job big or small.

Excellent. Explained things beforehand. Cleaned up afterwards. Good workmanship. He patched a hole in my roof, it rained soon after. We stayed dry.

They came to give me an estimate but took care of my issue while they were here. They were great. I showed them another involved job and they will give me an estimate and take care of it within 10 days. Very pleased with them.
