After receiving a fair project quote from Manuel Féria, the owner of C&M, we quickly reached a firm fixed price (FP) contract for all materials and labor required to complete the job and agreed upon a one (1) week start date to commence the project. The project involved both exterior and interior phases. The exterior phase included: 1) the cleaning of all exterior walls, windows, and the roof and gutters, 2) carpentry repair work to replace all damaged wood and trim, 3) the rehanging of the gutters following trim replacement, 4) exterior repair of the chimney, 5) the painting of all exterior surfaces including the metal railings, and 6) the deck repair and final staining. The interior phase included: 1) the repair of drywall cracks, 2) the painting of walls, ceilings, and trim, and 3) the interior staining of newly installed windows. The refurbishing project was completed in two (2) weeks for the agreed upon fixed price. All work was performed by skilled professionals that arrived on time daily, completed their work and cleaned up at the end of each day for the interior phase. All exterior repairs were completed using quality materials done by expert carpenters. The interior and exterior painting was performed with true craftsmanship employing attention to details. I can honestly say that C&M outperformed my expectations for the entire project. The house is now refurbished inside and out and looks truly great, I would definitely recommend C&M to anyone needing home repairs/painting and plan to use them again for future work. "They showed up on time when they said they would with all the right equipment to get the job done. They hand sanded the entire fence removing all dirt and rust. Then they applied a liberal coat of oil based premium paint. After painting the entire fence they went back and meticulously went over every inch making sure that there were no missed spots. They cleaned up everything and carried away all their trash when they left. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation and would rehire them in a heartbeat. They were a pleasure to work with."

"Curtis Clemons is great. Right on time and good quality work. When I needed them, he kept in touch with me and got the job done. I asked them to do additionally in another room and there was just a very small fee for that. We already had the paint, but it was next to thing. It was just a strip of wood in one of the other bedrooms. There weren't additional fees for the room that we asked them to paint. They're A plus. For quality of work, A plus. For responsiveness, definitely A plus. Professionalism is very much A. I'll absolutely use them again."

"After purchasing the deal on Angie's List, I contacted the owner. She was helpful and friendly and we agreed on a start date. It turned out that more paint was needed. I have moved out of state, so she went to buy more paint. That was very helpful.
She sent me pictures of the finished rooms, and they look really good. She also made suggestions for future improvements.
Since the work was finished, I have tried multiple times to contact her (phone and text) to complete the porch area. Because I have not received any response, I have no choice but to reduce her responsiveness and overall grade. Otherwise, I would have given her an A.

I liked, that had some colors and textures that I was hoping to find in a tile and even drove to my work to make sure it is what I like before ordering it.
After the job was done, they made sure to clean the work areas and dispose all construction materials thoroughly. ?The
Pro-Install? team members are absolute professionals at their work and conduct and it has been a pleasure working with them. I have since burdened them with a few other projects and I do recommend them to others as well!"
