After receiving a fair project quote from Manuel Féria, the owner of C&M, we quickly reached a firm fixed price (FP) contract for all materials and labor required to complete the job and agreed upon a one (1) week start date to commence the project. The project involved both exterior and interior phases. The exterior phase included: 1) the cleaning of all exterior walls, windows, and the roof and gutters, 2) carpentry repair work to replace all damaged wood and trim, 3) the rehanging of the gutters following trim replacement, 4) exterior repair of the chimney, 5) the painting of all exterior surfaces including the metal railings, and 6) the deck repair and final staining. The interior phase included: 1) the repair of drywall cracks, 2) the painting of walls, ceilings, and trim, and 3) the interior staining of newly installed windows. The refurbishing project was completed in two (2) weeks for the agreed upon fixed price. All work was performed by skilled professionals that arrived on time daily, completed their work and cleaned up at the end of each day for the interior phase. All exterior repairs were completed using quality materials done by expert carpenters. The interior and exterior painting was performed with true craftsmanship employing attention to details. I can honestly say that C&M outperformed my expectations for the entire project. The house is now refurbished inside and out and looks truly great, I would definitely recommend C&M to anyone needing home repairs/painting and plan to use them again for future work. The recent cold and wet weather caused a few delays and issues, but when the weather got nicer, they were back on the job and fixed the few minor issues caused by the weather. The limestone foundation was had a lot of cracks and crevices, but was covered very well. Only found a few spots that were quickly fixed where the shadows and cracks hid whether it was painted thoroughly or not. The job site was kept straightened and the crew was courteous and professional. I'm sure I'll have paint work in the future and I know who I will be calling. Highly recommend."

"Curtis Clemons is great. Right on time and good quality work. When I needed them, he kept in touch with me and got the job done. I asked them to do additionally in another room and there was just a very small fee for that. We already had the paint, but it was next to thing. It was just a strip of wood in one of the other bedrooms. There weren't additional fees for the room that we asked them to paint. They're A plus. For quality of work, A plus. For responsiveness, definitely A plus. Professionalism is very much A. I'll absolutely use them again."
