After receiving a fair project quote from Manuel Féria, the owner of C&M, we quickly reached a firm fixed price (FP) contract for all materials and labor required to complete the job and agreed upon a one (1) week start date to commence the project. The project involved both exterior and interior phases. The exterior phase included: 1) the cleaning of all exterior walls, windows, and the roof and gutters, 2) carpentry repair work to replace all damaged wood and trim, 3) the rehanging of the gutters following trim replacement, 4) exterior repair of the chimney, 5) the painting of all exterior surfaces including the metal railings, and 6) the deck repair and final staining. The interior phase included: 1) the repair of drywall cracks, 2) the painting of walls, ceilings, and trim, and 3) the interior staining of newly installed windows. The refurbishing project was completed in two (2) weeks for the agreed upon fixed price. All work was performed by skilled professionals that arrived on time daily, completed their work and cleaned up at the end of each day for the interior phase. All exterior repairs were completed using quality materials done by expert carpenters. The interior and exterior painting was performed with true craftsmanship employing attention to details. I can honestly say that C&M outperformed my expectations for the entire project. The house is now refurbished inside and out and looks truly great, I would definitely recommend C&M to anyone needing home repairs/painting and plan to use them again for future work. "Got the quote from Brad.  It wasn't the cheapest nor the most expensive but I was impressed with his attention to detail on what needed to be done and how he was going to do it.  I wasn't disappointed.  His foreman Wade and team attacked my house.  They were on-time and professional.  It was a joy watching them work and giving my house some TLC.  They had done such a great job on the exterior of the house, I added on the interior of the kitchen and fence staining as projects for them.  They took particular care protecting areas not being painted or stained.  All painted surfaces had two coats of paint.  At the end of each work day, they cleaned up the area like it was the last day on the job.  I believe you get what you pay for and Brad Rogers crew was worth every penny.  Completely Satisfied."
