"Absolutely phenomenal! Luis and his crew were polite, honest, and professional. My husband and I have never experienced working with a contractor before, so we prayed for God to put the right people in our path, and He answered our prayers tremendously. We were clueless about materials and how much things should cost on average, but Luis guided us step-by-step. He and his crew built a second walk-in closet for our master bedroom. The work looks so professional, it looks as if the closet is a part of the house’s original design, very seamless! Part of our back porch was used for the space, and one of the living room windows had to be removed. We’re still in awe of how it looks like a window was never there! We plan on using BetaPro in the near future, and highly, HIGHLY recommend this business to anyone!!"

"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"Overall, I was pleased with their work and professionalism.  We had issues during the installation as there was a mix up in communication between us and them on the exact color of the sashes that we ordered.  However, that was probably a lot of our fault as well.  They worked with us that day to figure out a go forward plan that was acceptable to both parties.  I thought the Windows they installed and their work were top notch.  They were really good at communicating with us and where there when they said they would be there.  Would definitely use them again and would consider using them for a new house as well instead of relying on builder grade windows and installation issues.

I referred them to Pro Building because they did work for me before and did a great job for me. Pro Building and their exceptional team came in and not only dried out the property but also moved them out and put them into temporary housing (billed the carrier-not my niece). They took care of everything with the carrier and were able to get everything paid for with them only owing their deductible ($1,000). When I tell you this house turned out incredible, I mean it! They did such a great job! They went above and beyond to help in every way! 10/10 would refer them to anyone needing any kind of insurance claim!"
