"When Southern Strong Roofing came out to honor the $49 roof inspection and tuneup deal on 1-9-2016, they found that the squirrels had chewed into the plastic roof vent boots to the point that rain was coming in the attic, and they almost had access to the attic itself. This had become a priority to correct. The owner agreed to work with me because at that time I didn't have the funds to cover the estimate . Wade, the owner, said that it was a serious issue and he would work within my budget to allow the boots to be replaced.  He was so nice and we did agree on terms (very reasonable). His crew came out a few days later in wet, cold conditions and did the repair work. His crew was friendly and knew what they doing.  The work went quickly, and they cleaned the area and made sure that I was satisfied. I was very satisfied.
