This had become a priority to correct. The owner agreed to work with me because at that time I didn't have the funds to cover the estimate . Wade, the owner, said that it was a serious issue and he would work within my budget to allow the boots to be replaced.  He was so nice and we did agree on terms (very reasonable). His crew came out a few days later in wet, cold conditions and did the repair work. "All workers showed up on time and the work progressed on time. The weather was a factor but the job was finished in time and in a very professional manner.
