Currently, we have passive eve vents and roof ridge vent. Cooling inside of the roof with air flow should help extend the life of the shingles by removing stagnant hot air. We chose an electric roof vent fan rather than solar because of the # of cloudy days in our area and humidity. Everything was done quickly on scheduled time, all contacts were professional, kept our home as clean as possible and swept up loose insulation. Pricing was very competitive plus we qualified for TVA energy rebate."
