"We removed carpet from bedroom and the 70+ year old boards underneath were cupped. Randall was able to sand the floor smooth. Due to the cold weather, we had an issue with dust settling in the polyurethane before it was dry. Randall resanded/recoated. Now the floors look like new."

"Everything went exceptionally well. The job was done professionally and quickly. He and his assistant kept at it til the job was done--I don't recall their even taking a break. This was amazing since all the work was on the second floor and they both had to make innumerable trips up and down the stairs!! He used the best equipment for the job and gave us a very reasonable price for all the work done. Now our storage problems are solved, and we are very happy! I would recommend Mr. Saylor to anyone for any kind of repair, remodeling, or whatever is needed. He is honest and friendly and has the expertise to do whatever you need done. We are very fortunate to have found him and his company to help us out and would not consider calling anyone else to do whatever we need done!

"Our experience with S&S Custom Concrete was GREAT!!! First, we were delighted to finally find a company that offered services for small residential projects! So many do not! Seth came out, explained the process in detail, gave us a very fair quote and was able to start the next week. Always on time, meticulous, neat, and worked non-stop from beginning to the end. He cleaned up as he went and left no mess at all! We are so pleased and happy with our new concrete steps and can't say enough good things about Seth! We will definitely use them again and would highly recommend S&S Custom Concrete to anyone who appreciates true craftsmanship, and a great finished project! "AllPro's prices are mid to higher range on some things, but he uses the better materials and does give the option to go cheaper on the materials needed. He leaves it up to the customer to decide how much they want to spend! Our lawn, landscaping, and all outdoor features of our estate have never looked so pristine!!! I would definitely recommend them and I am continuing to use them for all my outdoor needs!!
