"I contacted Mike today about a suspected virus on my laptop computer. Mike immediately went to work. Mike did an excellent job scanning my computer remotely and found several minor issues, but then found a trojan virus. Mike was very professional and walked me through his process of getting my laptop working as it should. My internet connection is extremely slow. However, Mike kindly worked on my computer until the work was completed. He was very patient and never complained about the extra time it took due to my slow internet. Mike also was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. He offered assistance on how to handle backups by using external hard drives since uploading pictures and files to the Cloud doesn't work well with a slow internet service in a rural area. I am very grateful for Mike's assistance and expertise. I certainly will use his service again, and I highly recommend Mike for your computer needs."

"Got my computer running again"

"Anyone in Sevier County who needs help mounting TVs, installing home theaters, fixing a computer, or solving any high tech issue that naysayers tell you just "can't be done," call Eddie Nelson at TCS. Eddie is a genius!!!! TCS Computer Repair and Networking is an excellent resource for all of us who live in the mountains..... Known as Pelican Bay Properties, the company primarily serves as Information Technology support for regional cabin rental businesses and corporate clients and have recently branched out as TCS to serve homeowners too. I'm so lucky I found this company through Home Advisor. They not only mounted my new TV on an old mount that I really didn't want to replace but also fixed an issue that has been costing an additional $50 a month extra for because I listened to an installer who obviously didn't know what he was talking about.... This guy knows!!!! And the price is affordable too. I am happy, happy, happy with the work!!!!!"

"They fixed my work computer so fast I thought nothing was wrong , they got to the point so fast it was kinda amazing definitely hiring them again"

"Bob and his team are consummate professionals. They asked me a few questions, performed a triage of sorts, and quickly determined they could help me. They offered me a 100% money back guarantee so I thought "what's to lose?" they asked my permission to access my computer remotely and went right to work. About an hour later they. were done and what a difference that hour and their work made. My Mac laptop, that was running at a snail's pace, was now a rocket ship and running faster than when I bought it. They told me that they also could do the same on Windows computers so my wife's PC was next and the outcome was the same. You can beta this deal at $99 and a money-back guarantee. I highly recommend All American Solutions."

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"Every time he comes, we have 7 computers and he checks and updates everything and fixes everything that others couldn't fix. he configures the whole network in the house to make sure that all our computer are all hooked up and communicating with the network. he is clean, careful, and very professional with his work. We couldn't find anyone as competent as Mr. Caughman. He pricing is honest and reasonable."
