Excellent results. Dan and his team were true professionals. Dan's assessment was very detailed. He presented multiple options, with annual costs, applying the "science" behind the features/benefits of each combination. The installation team (Taylor and Corey) was on time every day and very efficient. We could not be happier with the overall customer experience, and results. The follow up inspection was also excellent.

On Tuesday Aug. 26, 2014 at approximately 8p.m. our air system stopped producing cool air. We solicited recommendations from Facebook friends about who to call for repairs. We received several possible companies to contact. We left messages on the answering machine of two of these companies.

At 8:05a.m. on Wednesday Aug. 27 we called a third company, Springdale Heating and Air and spoke with Ann. She said the technician was there getting his work orders for the day. She would check with him. At 8:15a.m. Doyle (the technician) arrived at our house. He checked the unit, found a bad capacitor and replaced it. At 8:45a.m. we had cool air coming from the vents. Doyle also checked other items in the unit just to be sure. He checked the air temp coming from the registers and pronounced the system operating normally. Before entering our home, Doyle covered his shoes with protective booties to ensure he didn?t track anything inside. I told Doyle he was my new best friend.

We were scheduled to leave at 11a.m. that morning for a short trip. We were discussing how much to alter our plans to allow for the air conditioning to be repaired. We didn?t need to make any changes to our schedule at all and not one worry while we were away.

The other two companies we tried to contact have yet to return our call. We are also going to contract with Springdale for the semi-annual check on our system.

They were great. They cleaned it all up. They did really good putting it in. I have no complaints. It's a great company and I would use them again. The quality of their work was great. They were on time.

They did good work. I thought the price was a good deal and I was happy that I didn't have to pay for the evaporator, as it was under warranty. They were the closest to my home so they were able to get over pretty quick. After about a month or so, I checked the Freon which was where it should be.

They are easy to get a hold of. They live right around the corner. It works great. They came by and did all the paperwork.

The price was high. They were excellent. They were very courteous and did a good job. I did not go out and check, but I am confident that they were honest and did a good job.

My experience with Springdale Heating & Air Company was excellent.  They were very punctual for their appointments.  They took great pains to make sure that they didn’t leave any mess.  They did a good job.  I would use them in the future. 

I have used Springdale on several projects.  They have installed (2) 5 Ton Heating and Air units, (1) Mini-split unit, and reinstalled the duct work that another H&A company had installed.  The (2) 5 ton units were installed in a new addition to some office space.  The installation went well, I was really impressed that they took the time to measure each room and design the duct work and size to fit each application - some rooms needed more air, meaning larger vents, and some needed less.  The balanace throughout the area is perfect, and the units have ran flawlessly for over a year now.

The (1) Ton mini split that was installed looks and works great.  The unit was installed in a small office area - the unit works great and does a great job.

The most recent application was the most impressive.  We were having trouble keeping an area cool with a 25 Ton unit - Springdale came out to look at the unit and immediatley noticed that the duct work was undersized for the unit.  After running the calculations, and using the appropriate meters, they determined that we were using 16 out of the 25 tons that were available.  They provided a plan and an estimate to correct the issue.  After the installation, the unit now cools the entire area with tonnage to spare.  It was amazing how much different the unit was after the correct duct work was installed.  I am currently in the process of building a new home and have every intention of using them again.
