It went great. I had made a complete mess of slate by cleaning with wrong products. Now it looks great.

Crew arrived on time and owner explained in depth the timeline and outlined work processes for the day. Process for the floors took several hours as the marble had old seal which had yellowed. The floor looked amazing when completed. I did not know how beautiful and clean the floor would look because the property had been vacant and the realtor had no information on previous upkeep. The counters are beautiful as well. I would recommend highly recommend this company for any grout or stone cleaning and sealing. The house smells so clean and looks beautiful . The best part is the counters and floors are permanently sealed.

My home of three years is an older one and while much work has been put into restoring the house itself, I've only recently made it to the yard, landscape and outdoor surface areas. The sidewalks leading from the driveway and street to my porch were in especially bad shape. John Fitzwilliam from Surface Doc used his deep cleaning system to completely rejuvenate these surfaces, darkened by years of natural wear and discoloration. In minutes, the buildup was gone and the surfaces were pristine and white, back to their original condition. John then professionally sealed the surfaces to protect the finish. I was particularly amazed that first night... The walkways, which had previously blended with the landscaping after dark, seemed almost illuminated and now provided a clear and safe path. I'm very happy with Surface Doc and highly recommend their services.

I thought they did a pretty good job. The price was per square foot and there was a lot of it. Outside was a lot of slate. There were two guys, I thought it was expensive but they did a lot of stuff and a large area of grout cleaning. The price was probably not too out of line for the amount of square feet they did. I thought they were very professional about the work, I didn't mind having them in my home. They were nice, professional business people.
