They communicated every step of the way and minimize delays throughout. The main reasons I would highly recommend A&S is their expertise, their responsiveness, the fact that they truly do manage the entire project including outside contractors needed, and they are just good people who want to do right by their customers

- Mid-Tenn TradesClint is very knowledgeable of his chosen career. Great sense of humor yet when it is time for business, business it is. He is quite punctual himself and if there is issue with an appointments or scheduling of his employees he is responsive and informative letting you know something has comeup not waiting til the last minute or later to tell you. His suggestions are pretty much spot on and his design taste are fantastic. He hears what you tell him and if he disagrees he makes other suggestions but ultimately you do get what you want even though he may not agree with your choices (he is usually correct). While he isn't the cheapest quote I got and was close to the most expensive (I had 7 quotes) I am glad I chose him. We did remodel, (kitchen, bathroom, livingroom) repairs, additions, bedroom, 3 bathrooms, dining room, decks, porches, patios, bushes, walkways, interior and exterior lighting, roofing, siding, windows, doors, flooring, appliances, in house storage and organization, a storage shed as well as turned our 2000 sq ft basement into a in-laws living quarters complete with fireplaces, kitchen, baths and bedrooms. We love our new home!!! Thanks to Clint and Mid Tenn Trades!!!!

- SHS Pool & Spa ServiceWe had our pool closed by Eldon and he did a good job with the closing. He was delayed in coming but called to let me know. The only problem we had was that the quote from the lady when I scheduled the closing was for less than we were charged. She did not tell me that it was extra to put the cover on the pool. Also Eldon was supposed to call a few days before the closing to let me know what chemicals I needed. I called the company the day before the scheduled closing and he did return my call the morning of the scheduled closing. He had the extra chemicals I needed but I would have saved a considerable amount of money if I had been able to get the chemicals ahead of time. The additional chemicals from him and the extra cost of putting the cover on ran the bill up from what I had expected

"Terrible! Wish I had gone with another company. Here is the issue with Heavenly Heat. If your sauna arrives damaged or and issue arrives -- they have zero technical support. Your repairs will be done by any "joe" that heavenly heat finds to do the repair in your area. They will have no experience with Sauna's and are given no instructions regarding the chemical free aspect of these sauna's. The worst part is the buyer, me, was treated as if I was the problem for wanting my sauna repaired correctly. I would have refused the delivery had I realized I was receiving a damaged sauna and would have to spend hours and days trying to get this resolved. The owner, Bob Morgan, is extremely responsive before he has your money but after, is a different story. When inquiring about the sauna he would respond generally within 10 minutes. After you purchase, and particularly if you have a problem with it, you are treated as if you're a nuisance. My sister bought a competitors sauna around the same time and the service she received from knowledgable representatives was a world of difference from my experience. My other issue was that there were shipping delays and Bob would never communicate them. I would have to pursue him to get information. I think they make a decent sauna but I would not recommend for reasons stated above.

"They have been great. They cover all appliances, heating, air, and plumbing. It is $60 for an initial visit to have a ticket open. They basically fix whatever the problem is, but any secondary damage, like in my case. I had a pipe burst. They helped me with the pipes, but all of the flooding, I had to go through my homeowners insurance as a result of that. It is a little bit of paperwork, but it has been working well for me.
