I can’t say enough great things about the team at JAG Pool Service and Supply —especially Keegan! He has gone above and beyond to solve every pool issue I’ve thrown his way (and there have been many!). From troubleshooting and repairing my heater multiple times to ultimately helping me replace it, Keegan handled everything with such professionalism and speed. The entire process was quick, efficient, and stress-free. I’m incredibly grateful for the care and attention he gives to keeping my pool in perfect shape. Highly recommend!

We have had a great experience with JAG. Keegan and Jordan are both easy to work with and quick to respond to any questions or concerns we have. We bought a house with a pool that needed some work and they have been honest about the things that need immediate attention and what can wait. Definitely check this place out. I set up my new pump (it’s Memorial Day weekend) and I called because I needed adapters to make my new pump work with my pool. Needless to say they were open which I am so grateful for and Keegan helped me out so much. Although they didn’t have the parts in stock he took the time to look through my equipment and to call me back and to send me links of what I would need to help me get my pool going again. Thank you so much I am forever grateful and more than anything he didn’t try to up sell me anything he was truly there to help and in the future I will make sure any chemicals I need I will definitely be going here!

I hired JAG Pools to remodel my 30 year-old inground vinyl liner pool. I live in Nashville about eight minutes from downtown. They added a bench in the shallow in and put in new stairs that had rotted, etc. They also used pool creat to smooth out the bottom of the pool floor and repaired the pool walls as well. It really modernized the look of our pool. They also install the brand new vinyl liner and I was very happy with the overall final product & color. I would highly recommend Jag Pools for anyone needing help with remodeling their inground pool. They were professional and showed up on time and did a great job!
