Keith was excited to "teach" me about what they could do AFTER he asked me to tell him my concerns. He was not trying to SALE me on anything yet wanted to solve my problems. That is a true "salesman". He cared. The company was in and out in 1 FULL DAY!! They worked hard and moreso very cleanly. I did not have any issues with clutter or trash once they left. They even offered to help me connect my wifi back that got accidentally messed up but ATT was able to repair it for free.
