They were very professional. Fast and when they made a mistake on a window size they fixed it the next day with giving us one of the windows we didn’t have in our budget to do as a “sorry for the mistake” Would recommend for sure!

They arrived on time and performed the job in only about 4 hours. They replaced all gutters that were present in a good and workmanlike manner. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Be ready for hard sell. They make closing the deal on day if demo pretty enticing. It's a great product. Expensive but check with me in 6 months after we have had some time to experience the results. Would have like the installer to clean up the old gutter debris better (just let it drop and left it stay). They arrived and started working before we knew it. Didn't speak to us until project was all done. I would have appreciated description of where they would start, show me middle progress and demonstrate effective drain. I did buy it for the technology above all (fits into roof above shingles) and hoping it works as intended after install.

Promised 3-day install took over a week. I had to have the walls of the shower reinstalled due to faulty workmanship. Have called me several times to market new project have requested a service call to fix problems with seems and never get a return call. Please avoid using this company.

The salesman who came to the house, we could've had a better experience with him. Also the price we were quoted seemed very high. We ended up coming to a price we could live with. The salesman said we were going to have to have "all of the fascia board all along the gutter replaced". The installers didn't replace any of it. ?? 2 hispanic gentlemen came to our house (we were figuring they would need at least 4 guys). They did the job in 3.5 hours and did a WONDERFUL job. Would hire those 2 for anything. All in all, good experience.

Gutter covers are way to expensive and the after service is not good at all. I was not given any info on how the finance part worked, they are real slick on this part. If you finance better ask a lot of questions, so you do not get a big surprise.

Everyone was very nice and wanted to make sure I was satisfied with every aspect.

Positives: Salesmen were on time as promised to review the job and provide the quote. Installation was quick; three guys removed the old and installed the new in under 3 hours. The gutters look very nice and clean up was good. Negatives: The salesmen were somewhat “high pressure”, offering a discount if you contracted with them on that visit. They showed me the materials that would be used in the installation, which included very heavy-duty gutter hangers. The hangers actually installed were standard hangers; not the ones I was shown.

They did a good job at putting the windows in and replacing some rotted wood. The only issue with them is the lack of respect for the customer. One of the contractors was smoking cigarettes the old windows where out and the smoke smell came into the house. He didn't ask to make sure that no one was allergic to smoke. Which I thought was very inappropriate.

High pressure sales. Paid way too much for this. Product works OK. Drain pipe damaged in installation (I called---who knows when it will be fixed). We will see if the lifetime warranty is worth the paper it was written on.

These gutters are expensive, but the BEST constructed I have seen. Work was completed as promised and done very professionally. Barry (sales rep) was knowledgable about the product and VERY thorough in his explanation.

Very hard workers. Their goal was to make sure I was satisfied. I have never worked with a company that was so customer focused.

Good quality but expensive

I hired these folks to replace 13 windows and one French door with wood grain on inside and white on outside. The windows were replaced and a very good job was done however, when the French door was replaced, I found the door to be very quality. The door was made cheap material and was not the door we wanted. Many things wrong with this door. I called the part owner with Home Paradise and told him and the salesman my problem with the door. Well, hear it is three months later and the company used to finance come due June 25th. I contract and salesman said no payment would be due until 45 days after I was completely satisfied. Well I not satisfied and still do not have the right French door. I call the part owner three time leaving messages with no return call. I called once more because the part owner called my disable and told her, I cursed him out via telephone which was not true and was arrogant. I called this person and asked why he told my wife I cursed him out about the French door Etc.. The part owner said he did not know what I was talking about and later said he would handle the French door to make sure I was satisfied and laughed at me. I asked him if he thought this was funny and he did not reply. As of this date 06-04-2016 the French still has not been corrected. Very poor Ownership on behalf of the part owner. I will contact the Owner with the most invested in the company.
