But their excellent service continued throughout the project. I needed a total of more than 20 windows replaced in a 70-year old home. Quite a job! They scheduled the installation well in advance so that I could plan my schedule. They came exactly on time on the appointed day. Everyone on the crew was cheerful, courteous, and knowledgeable. When it turned out that some of the materials sent from the factory had minor defects, they not only offered to replace all the defective panes but even showed me a couple of defects that I had not noticed. And they returned not once but twice to be sure that everything was perfect before they called the job complete."

He said, I needed a new water pressure valve to stop the water lake. Tell me it cost $300 for water pressure valve when it doesn't. I don't have no hot water. Haven't had no hot water since the day. He'd done it, call them, come back out. Did not fix it Got in the truck and left. Never said a word. I try to live on $811 a month. They took every penny I had and did not fix it. So no I would never use them again. And if you're a single woman, don't call them. Out, because they we'll rip you off. I had to have back surgery i have rods screws middle plate in my back and I cannot get down to crawl under the porch to put the underpinning back so when it gets cold enough for "

Do what we should have done; Do the job ourselves. Just now with $5500 less dollars in our pockets. A detailed receipt was not given even though it was requested."
