I hired DogSafe. I told them the size of the property. They said the price. I told them how many times they wouldd need to cross the property. They said the price is guaranteed. I asked if the price is guaranteed. They said, yes, the price is guaranteed. I told them I had help lined up to do it myself but if they can guarantee that price, I will cancel all my plans and hire them. They said we can guarantee that price. They show up on the day of install and say...Oops, its going to be almost TWICE AS MUCH!!! DO NOT HIRE!!!

"Sir, AGAIN, I am sorry for the miscommunication. You have now written a few bad reviews on different platforms for an estimate over the phone. We quoted you 450 for ONE ACRE. When our technician arrived it was TWO ACRES. We repriced it to 770. And you did not like that price, and we mutually agreed not to do the job. If you can find someone to install two acres for less than 770 you should definitely go with that service. We will definitely honor that 770 price for two acres or 450 for one as was originally estimated for. Again sorry for the miscommunication. Also, I am the owner, I would never guarantee a price site unseen."

Very professional. Answered my calls immediately or returned my call within minutes. Installer was knowledgeable, efficient and helpful. Only reason I didn't give the overall experience 5 stars was because he left the driveway without cleaning up the dirt that was tracked on it from his boots.

Rob, business owner and salesman, came to my home and thoroughly explained the product. He is so knowledgeable and clearly believes in his product!! His enthusiasm was catching- I was sold!! The product was installed the same week by Codi. He was so nice! He clearly shares Robs vision and did a great job installing and training my dogs! They have great customer service!! I know I could call either Rob or Codi for training advice at any time!!
