My stamping was extremely crooked, the steps were not even and were different heights, the seal was not done correctly and they refused to fix their error. Now, we are getting bubbling as well. The cutting was also done crooked and the whole job was lazy. What should have been a beautiful project was money wasted and will need to be completely redone in a couple of years. After immediately pointing issues out, they refused to redo their work and continued to "fix" it which did nothing. I'd never use them again."
