While discussing the balcony, I asked him if he also did flooring (which he does) so he quoted me on installing 700sqft of LVT. He allowed my wife and me to choose and purchase the material but gave us direction on what to look for in quality flooring. He completed the project on time and sent me pictures of the finished product. He was careful to put the furniture back in the right spots and put felt pads on all furniture feet without me even asking. He also adjusted the molding so that quarter round was not needed. The flooring looks great and I could not tell, outside of the flooring, that he had even been there. I will definitely use Charlie and Handy Chucks for all of my home improvement needs not only due to the quality of his work but also because he is so trustworthy. He did all of the work while I was in OH and made sure the house was locked and the alarm was armed each night. I know this because both are tied to the Internet and I can monitor them from my phone. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up.
