I run a small crew very professional, neat, and on time. Dependable pricing with quality work.

"The service to paint my 83 year old father’s carport and repair his carport roof was agreed upon between Travis and my father. Payment was agreed upon and Travis would do the work in exchange for my father’s truck (this was Travis’ suggestion). My father lives alone and no one was there when Travis took advantage of my father by taking possession of the truck at the start of the job. My father NEVER should have done that but he trusted Travis! After starting the job Travis never came back after many, many attempts via text and phone calls. His promises to come “next weekend” never happened, over and over again. As part of the job Travis was to repair the roof and now says he can not repair the roof, but that was part of the agreement and no offer was ever made by Travis to compensate my father since he could not do the job that he agreed to, much less at least finish painting the carport. After all that is his profession so I would think he was capable of doing that part of the job. The last we spoke Travis was going to come on Sunday (a month ago) and I confirmed that no one needed to be home for him to do the job. He said no one needed to be there and that we would leave the paint out for him. The weather was dry and no reason for him not to be able to paint. The paint is still sitting on the carport just waiting for him to finish the job. He once again never showed or called and it has now been almost a year since he first agreed to do the work. I live out of state and left most of the communication between Travis and my father. However, I have several text messages from Travis saying how honest he is and he saying how he should have already completed the job and that he would promise to be there “next weekend”. Well I am done!!! Anyone that will take advantage of an elderly person should NOT be trusted! I have never posted a bad review but Travis deserves the lowest review I can give him. I hope no one else will put their trust in him for a repair for their parent. I tried to find a quality professional for my father since he did not know who to hire. Since Travis was on Angie’s List I thought I could trust his work. I am sadden that that was not the case. Please take my advise and DO NOT HIRE Travis Roberts Painting. I have the text to prove what I am saying. Travis you should do the right thing!!!"

"I would not recommend HDSI service for any jobs. They did work in rentals and while a tenant was out of town - the employees of HDSI used her bathroom, kitchen, sat at counter, threw away their lunch trash in her kitchen. She was traveling at the time and came home to the trash stinking, a dirty bathroom and kitchen. Unacceptable behavior and unprofessional. We had to ask for several things to be redone painting was poor quality, timing was extended and at times we felt like we were an inconvenience."
