ONE Service Pros

One Service Pros has changed owner, management in 2024, not the same friendly, cost effective service. Seem to be more interested in selling new package deals. Inflated prices, so have gone to another HVAC company that meets my needs and cost savings.

Great customer centric and team effort. Amber, Scheduling Director, correctly assessed our needs for a water heater issue. She sent Dakota, who was very versed in his knowledge of water heater functions. He determined it was an electrical opportunity and Amber resent their educated Electrical technician, Charlie Pierson. Charlie was very friendly. He appeared to be very honest with the pricing and what we needed to correct our issue. Charlie completed the work in 28 minutes and was very efficient. Great teamwork by the One Service Pros!

Here is my story. Lost power to home 5:50pm When the power was restored by LCUB (it was their outage to start with) only certain light switches/appliances were still working. Reset my breaker box twice but no change. Called One Service Pros for assistance. They sent technician Charlie Pierson (rated 4.9/5)At the t to analyze my problem. He checked my voltage coming in and going out and told me that I was getting 230v coming in and that 230v was also going into the home. The reason for this was that my main throw switch was bad and due to it's age, he would have to replace the entire electrical panel and the best price he could give me was $5,000. While he was analyzing the issue, I had asked him about the possibility of a compromised neutral based on what was going on but he did not answer me. He had left to go get everything he needed to begin the job. In the meantime I had LCUB dispatch a truck to have the service turned off for the new panel installation. There were 2 workers and they found that my neutral line from the pole to the house had been compromised and repaired it. Then they went and double checked my circuit breaker box where they confirmed 120v both coming and going from the main throw switch. The switch was functioning fine. LCUB saved me $5,000. Do not trust this technician, this company is out to make money even if it means taking advantage of the homeowner!!

They Were on time, they let me know who was coming out, & what Time & what The Tech looked like! Gave me a Price over the Phone & I believe they will keep their word on it. They were Nice & Friendly, but Professional The Tech Check everything & told me about His Finding! This Tech Name Jake Did 2 Houses for me One was a 4 Ton Heat Pump, and the other was an older Blue Flame Propane Furnace that goes in the Basement in the Garage & Vents outside. I've seen a lot of Techs call for Help for these units when they're so simple, but Jake Went to work & was Done in 15 to 25 mins. & did a really good Job. Thank U Jake & his trainee I really appreciate it a lot! & Thank U Donna for Helping us out in our time of Need Since My Wife Broke Her Left Themur bone @ top of the Knee & then it split upwards 3"next to Her Hip Replacement! U'all did that & I could keep taking care of my Wife!

Trey was incredibly efficient and super knowledgeable. You will not go wrong using his services and I highly recommend it!! The price is right and he will be my HVAC guy going forward. Thank you for the great service, Trey!!

Mike and Charles were very efficient and professional. They installed everything in time to be able to get my electrical back on. We will be utilizing One Service Pros again in a couple of weeks. We are requesting to have Mike and Charles as our technicians. These guys are top notch and extremely knowledgeable.

The Whole-house fan problem was diagnosed and initial repair made. However, additional repairs are required. I have not been contacted yet, parts are needed, to schedule the additional repairs.

Very professional service. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient in his repair of the unit. He answered all of the questions that I had. The repair fee was very reasonable. I definitely will be using One Service Pros again!

Josh is a knowledgeable plumber and performed the service efficiently and professionally. Straight forward and no salesman approach. Good customer service and no guesswork.

Recommend getting a second opinion. Service Tech from One Service told me there was a Freon leak in the wall and quoted me almost $1400 to replace the copper lines. I called another A/C company and they detected a leak in the small drier piece outside...much easier to replace and cheaper. A/C unit was back working perfectly in less than two hours for less than $600.

Charlie, our electrician, is always great. He is knowledgeable, thorough, and kind. His estimate is fair and well explained. We have used one service pros a number of times and would never hesitate to recommend their services. I would also recommend Teresa in the office. She knows clients by name and is a great resource to any customer.

Keith was honest and we got out unit up and running!

Project: new compressor on AC unit. They responded quickly and came out to check the unit the next day. It took a week for them to order the compressor and come back to install it. Keith was very pleasant to deal with. Had some difficulty with the installation and had to come back the following day to complete the installation. I felt it was a little overpriced.

Charlie and Rusty installed new outlets in my garage this week. They were on time, friendly, professional. OSP also installed a new electrical panel earlier this year and did a great job. HIGHLY recommend OSP!

I have to say this company is exceptional and exceeded all of my expectations.. They had done electrical work for me a for me a couple of years ago and I was greatly impressed then, Recently I had a severe septic plumbing emergency and they were so prompt to get here on Saturday to fix it. Josh was the plumbing service Tech that came out and he was so knowledgeable and went above and beyond to find the issue and correct it. It took a lot of snake camera work and tools to clear my backed up pipe that was full of tree roots and years of debris. He even went above and beyond to come back the following Sunday to help me put the rootx chemical treatment in. All of the technicians that I have met are above and beyond professional, clean cut and even dressed nice. I highly recommend them and Will definitely continue to use them in the future. Thank you!

These guys are truly a class act. We put in a call for an estimate late Th night and they got back to us and were at the house by 11am the following day. They found the problem quickly, the cost was more than reasonable and then, we made a mistake and they came back out and fixed something else. Can not recommend them enough and will be using them in the future! Thanks, Rusty and Dawson!

David Branch was on time. He immediately knew what the problem was and fixed it effectively and quickly. He was courteous and I would definitely hire him again.

Just be sure to explain where you might want electrical put, seems I didnâ t make sure on several of my locations & not what I wanted. They were very qualified to do the work.

Excellent service. Was able to arrive several hours before the scheduled time. Very polite, friendly, and knowledgeable...and a fair price.

Showed up on time. Troubled shot the problem, and came up the solution. Took a little longer than expected. Problem was fixed.

If you go with this company, be sure to request David and/or Rusty for your electrical jobs, they are excellent! However, I cannot say that about all of their employees. The first tech they sent out was not an electrician and had very little knowledge about how to remove an old bathroom light/fan/heater and install a new one. They eventually got the job done but I overpaid because of the first techs incompetence.
