"They did a great job. Nick was so knowledgeable and provided great customer service. The crew was professional and the amount of equipment they brought to do the job well was impressive. They were all very hard working. My mom had them re-seal her driveway and I had them install a new driveway. Now my brother and sister in law and my sister and brother in law are going to use them too. Would definitely use them again They also made sure not to get it on my new retaining wall or my newly done brick pavers. Very detail-oriented. And Perfecto who was the job site foreman is just like his name would imply-a perfectionist about the work. "

"They arrived earlier than scheduled. They cut down several trees for me and did stump grinding for three of them. One tree approximately 60 feet tall required them to place the lift between my deck and a fence and drop all parts of trees in a 20 foot opening and they did. They were very professional and had top notch equipment. All workers were well trained and did an excellent job including a comprehensive clean up. Price quoted was the price after I expressed satisfaction with what was done."

"Just used Rich and crew for a much needed tree trimming. They did an excellent job, stayed until it was finished and the backyard was cleaned up properly. Rich kept me in the loop as the work was performed. They did exactly what we agreed upon and paid exactly what we agreed upon. I will be using them for anything else moving forward. "I hired Quality Contractors to install low voltage lighting. It was a $8500 job. The wiring was placed just below the mulch so within a few weeks, much of the wiring was exposed. I called Mike to get this resolved. He said that the person who buried the cables was new and didn't do it deep enough - it was supposed to be below the mulch; they returned to bury it correctly. About a year later, one of the lights stopped working. It took me a few weeks to get anyone to return my calls. It took another few weeks for anyone to come out to the house to repair the issue. Last month, another light stopped working. Once again, I called and had to leave messages. Brian and Mike then bounced my issue between the two of them. After 2 weeks of this, I finally got Mike to discuss the issue on the phone. He said he would charge me $90 plus labor and parts to repair a light that was still under warranty. I tried to explain what the situation was and ask why the item wasn't covered under the warranty. He then got very rude and disrespectful, accusing me of calling him names and lying. I told him he was the one lying as I had our conversation on tape. Suddenly, his demeanor changed and he wanted to cooperate with me. I asked to talk to Brian several times and he refused- stating that he was the boss and he made the decisions. He also stated that a service call wound entail traveling 2 hours one way to my house (from Canton to South Asheville??) and that I already had several service calls in the past - so much for extended warranties with this company. His professionalism and customer service skills do not exist. I cannot recommend this company unless you hope to never need follow up/warranty service from them once the job is done!"

"I've had a recent surgery and then issues with my mower so I looked on Angie's List and called New Hope to take care of our yard .. the owner Clay was very friendly and professional explained their billing , noted I'd get a text the day before they were coming and a billing notice email the following weekend . All happened . Guys that same out to mow were professional , walked with me to see the boundaries of my yard and then went to it . They did a great job ! We have a lot of flower beds , a garden , trees etc and everything was cut clean to those borders with no exception . When they finished they cleaned a rather long wrap around driveway we have , and 2 sidewalks and did it all in about half the time it takes me to do the yard with my Deere . We plan to use them in Sept when we're gone for a month and I'd recommend them with no reservations ."
