"Hired for a million dollar roofing / patio repair in a 13 unit hi-end townhome community -always MIA on the job site. Our HOA board has threatened legal action due to slow progress. We are nearing 7 months in what should be a 3 month project- and we are only at 50% completion. -did not put a tarp down during a rain storm, causing water intrusion in 4 units -caused damage to 5 of 13 units during first month of project -refused to pay for matching carpet in my home to make me whole for damage caused by his negligent employees. Costing me over $3,000.00 to me-the home owner all while promising to cover all costs. Stay away. Owner Jeremy Britton is dishonest!"

"I hired Beaver Property Maintenance to wash my house exterior, including the paved sidewalks and patio. They did an excellent job, and have proven to be very reliable each time I have hired them. Two years ago they also washed the roof. They repaired a spot on my roof that had been damaged from storms. I highly recommend them for home repair and property maintenance. "
