He explained all the different options that we re available to us for a bathtub conversion to a walk in shower and quoted us a price for doing some ceiling fans and installing 2 storm doors. He was clear on the timeframe to start and how long it would take. Several days later I asked for a quote on removing all the old flooring and installing all new vinyl plank in the whole house. His price was again the lowest but beyond that his explanation of how he would do it and the timeline needed.
