"Just to he clear, the repair was to a metal roof for a residence (The was no option for that). The representative came out and did an on-site inspection and provided a very reasonable quote. While the work was being done, another small problem was (literally) uncovered. They discussed this with me and I decided that the additional work was definitely needed and approved the additional work.
