They did not pull permits with the county, as required. The excuse was ?we didn?t realize we had to have a permit?.
Didn?t pull / request electrical permit/inspection until I requested it from them. Still in process.
Didn?t follow code, had to look up TN code myself and ask to redo porch railings.
Did not want to fix anything that was done incorrectly. Would make excuses and point blame.

Made excuses for delays- so many excuses were used- we joke about which one it will be each time.
