The only right way to fix it was to do it over, which obviously they didn't want to do. They wouldn't even agree to a discount. I'm sure they'll reply to this saying their fix was sufficient, but it wasn't. They know it wasn't; they just don't want to admit it because it would cost them. Langley has been a nightmare. Go with anyone else and save yourself some headache."
