I got three estimates and ‘58 Foundation was by far the best. They explained all my options and worked within my budget. I needed foundation repair in specific areas under a load bearing wall and around my front door. They showed up on time. The foreman, Cam, kept me informed on the process. He along with the crewmen, Jordan and Keylin were courteous and professional and left the work area even cleaner than they found it. My house is over 100 yrs old and when I walk around now, the floors feel very solid.

Quick and efficient job. I interviewed 5 different companies in my area to stabilize and level the floor above our crawl space. '58 Foundations was not the cheapest and they were not the most expensive. They were chosen because they went above and beyond my expectations when I was actively looking for a solution to my problem of sagging joists. The initial estimator Bill S. took his time to make sure all our questions and concerns were addressed and DID NOT use high pressure techniques to try to get our business. Finally, when the job started Zeke the foreman and his assistant Andrew arrived on time each day and kept me updated with the status of the job in a timely manner, I most highly recommend you use this company when you have issues with your floors and crawlspaces.

Overall it went well. D-Dry had a good price, the consultant for B-Dry was very knowledgable, punctual, and professional. He was also a licensed electrician. The team who did the work was the same - punctual, professional, hard working, and did an excellent job with the french drain and pump. However the drain pipe exit route was straight across the ceiling instead of following all other lines ducts and pipes. It looks very out of place. Also the water exit pipe was too close to the house installed too close to the house. In addition they had no idea that the consultant said he would wire a new outlet for the pump. The consultant came back the next day to do the work. Again the routing (due to the lack of wire he had with him) for the outlet made a straight line to the fuse box cutting across all other electrical lines. It looked bad and I re-did all of his work. Overall I am satisfied with B-Dry and its hard working employees and would hire them again if I had a need. I would try to keep a closer eye on the work details though.

My basement waterproofing system was installed but they damaged my new stained concrete floor so badly that it has to be redone. I requested BDry to pay to rectify the damaged floor caused by their negligence and they have delayed adequate compensation to the point that I have now had to file a lawsuit to recoup damages. This has delayed my family being able to use our basement for months.

It was time consuming and expensive. The problem still exists, but it's under a huge blue plastic bubble now. And we have constant noise from the fan they said would be silent.

It went smoothly and timely. The work eliminated the basement water issue They installed an interior basement trench to collect ground water, which was directed to a sump.

It was so expensive, but otherwise, it was fine. They were prompt, it was quick, and done well. They were fine, it looks good and it works. I would recommend them.

The strip that they put down around the wall in the basement to collect the water,?developed cracks on both sides. No one would tell me what the cracks was for. I complained, no one would come out to see or check it out. I called them again for a quote on doing other work. I asked the guy that came out about the cracks and he said that he did not know why there?were cracks.? He said that the district manager is in town, and that he would report it to him and it would be taken care of.? I scheduled that 3 weeks after the guys were finished with my basement. The man came out by himself, and stated that they had a small section to replace. I informed him that the crack goes full length to my basement. He dug a few holes, made phone calls, and got a few men to help him. The original crew had never put the drain level. It was holding water which would create mold and toxic around the whole basement. They did come back to replace it.

I was very pleased with the professionalism shown by the crew that performed the work over three days. They were on time and provided explanations of the work every step of the way. It was an expensive project, but I felt very secure in the quality of the work and that the problem had been remedied.

I hired them for air quality issues coming from my crawlspace. The salesman recommendation a drainage ditch and sump pump then encapsulation. When asked about removing the mold which MasterDry was going to blast off of my wood joints, he said they do something even better. They would spray something that kills the mold and prevents it from coming back. This did not work. I just had a mold specialist come inspect and I still have mold in my crawlspace and it is coming through the air we are breathing. Also, they installed the Healthy Blue Canyon system two months ago but still have not sent an electrician to hook it up. My air quality and allergies are worse now than when I hired B-Dry. I called the company to report it and ask someone to come out and inspect and address my issues but no one has come out. I think the crew did a good job on the drainage ditch and sump pump but they did not solve my initial concern with the air quality, which was the reason I called them.
