The contractor cleaned up and removed as many f the used nails as possible. Landmark worked well with my insurance company.
The product was fine. However the sales person took few notes and there was a lack of communication between the sales staff, the person who measured for the tops, and the persons who installed them. One countertop had to be replaced because the installers cut a hole in the granite for a drop...
I've used them three times. Their installation is excellent. They are really a professional company and much better than some of the companies that I've heard about. They are very choosy about their installers and all three times, the installations were done properly and that wasn't my...

They scheduled the installation well in advance so that I could plan my schedule. They came exactly on time on the appointed day. Everyone on the crew was cheerful, courteous, and knowledgeable. When it turned out that some of the materials sent from the factory had minor defects, they not only offered to replace all the defective panes but even showed me a couple of defects that I had not noticed. And they returned not once but twice to be sure that everything was perfect before they called the job complete."
