It was installed during a time that included a holiday. Also, the gas company had to coordinate installing the line and inspecting the connection. These variables added to the install time. Considering these things, we were pleased with the overall installation. The main technician was very pleasant to work with.

I called Monday morning to advise the problem and check their availability. They were able to inspect. The appointment was set. Richard and quot;Richieand quot; arrived to see the unit that had been turned off for one day. It still had ice in it. He did various test on it. It was determined the defrost board was bad. He call the shop for the part. They did not have it in stock. Ask Richie the approximate cost of part. He advised the part on another job was $80 something. Said fine and he advised they should be about to get it later today. Richie called back after lunch to advise he had the part. Scheduled another appointment. Richie was running a few minutes later than expected. He did leave me a message to advise. When he arrived, he ask if I got the message. I advised yes. I understand and appreciate his calling to advise. He replaced the board. Cleaned the unit since it still had ice in it. The unit was up running. Ask if he should check the refrigerant. He stated there was not a need since the defrost board was the issue. I appreciate the fact they could get to me so fast. If not, I would of cut the water off since the temperature was going to be in the teens. Because of the service provided, I ask for a quote on another issue at our main residence. Landle came out to inspect. He stated he would prepare an estimate and follow up with me on Thursday. I did not hear back from him on Thursday. I guess I will call him.

Had no heat. Called the office at 8:30 AM and the unit was repaired by 11:30 AM the same day. Richie, the technician, was very polite and professional. Would definitely use again.

Checked out. Did not do more than necessary. System is now working fine

We call them and let them know that our dog is chained up. They will go in the backyard, take care of things, and leave the bill in the mailbox. You just don't find people that will do work like that anymore.

They have been pretty good for us. They sent us a little card reminding us that we needed the tune up. The experience has been very good. They show up when they are supposed to and they do good work. We are friends with the owner and we've known him for 30 years. We've been using them for our heating and ventilating work. He put in our furnace when the old one went out and he gave me a good deal on it. They can be a little high on some things but when we look at what we get, it is all right.

I am very satisfied.
