COMPLETE KITCHEN & BATH

First of all we contracted these people to remodel our kitchen. What started off to be a positive hire, ended up being anything but. They did finish the job, but since then we have tried to contact them with problems....they will answer the phone....listen to what you have to say...tell you they will call you back....AND YOU WILL NEVER HEAR FROM THEM AGAIN! Our latest problem was with the steam from the dishwasher totally wearing away the particle board that the laminate countertops that we have.....sorry! We couldn't afford granite! Like I said previously, a call was made to see if there was something that could be installed to protect the countertop. The actual conversation went thus: from Ronnie "I've been doing this business for 40 odd years and I've never heard of such a thing." "I'll check with Formica and call you back in a couple days" NO CALL! We were able to remedy the problem by going to the company where all the new appliances were bought for the kitchen. They informed us that the piece THAT THEY GAVE US FOR FREE!!! came with EVERY dishwasher that was sold there. They also told us that it is standard procedure in the industry to install that piece, for any dishwasher that is installed under Formica countertops.

It didn't go to great. The quality was good once it was done. They tore everything out before they had everything ready to install. I went 6 or 7 weeks without a kitchen. They also broke my granite (they replaced it but still... not good) What upset me the most is I didn't receive a follow up.
