After removing the old tub it was determined additional repairs to the subflooring were needed. The repairs were done and the area throughly inspected both inside and outside the house to assure I would not have to worry about the same issues in the future. Before continuing with the remodel Stephen made sure I was satisfied with all the repairs that had been done, I was. All the work was beautifully done, and was completed as planned and on time. "Preston of G-1 Plumbing performed the services and addressed the toilet & drain problem. He was unable to stop leak(made it worse) & submitted his recs to Choice Home for review. I was unable to understand Choice Home's response regarding the faucet leak. Their review stated faucet needed to be replaced BUT it was under "builder's warranty." I built this home in 2005. There is no "builder's warranty" now. I cancelled the proposed work order & paid out-of-pocket. A Friend, who was familiar with my builder and knows faucet components, came to my home, adjusted/cleaned the faucet cartridge and stopped the leak. The CHW tech, Preston, is conscientiuos, however, IMHO lacked the knowledge & experience to stop my leak. Home Warranty Companies, at least in my area, hire owner/operators who need the work to build their business and are NOT the most experienced/knowledgeable & are willing to work for less money. In my experience, Home Warranty Companies want the CHEAPEST resolution, not the BEST. I would recommend G-1 Plumbing for most plumbing issues."

He is the only subcontractor that I would use if my project required me to be in my customers home and I could not be with them 100% of the time. I have the upmost level of trust in Mr. Goulds.
I rated Mr. Goulds price as Excellent,  however I know you can always find someone that would do the job cheaper. Save yourself alot of time and aggravation. His professionalism and the quality of his work is second to none.
