Johnson and Sons Flooring is Knoxville's premier Flooring Store featuring Smartstrand Carpets that come with lifetime stain warranties and Scotch Guard woods which even repel permanent marker stains.

"I paid close to $16,000 for carpet with Johnson and Sons and it has been the worst home project I have ever experienced. The install was sloppy with visible seams, lumpy stairs, exposed tack strips that cut my kids? feet, missing padding, and they even took all the leftover carpet scraps. Since then I have been promised repairs over and over but crews do not show, appointments get canceled, or excuses are made. I rearranged my work and family schedule multiple times, including missing my daughter?s game, only to be let down. First crew never came, second was one inexperienced worker, third had a medical emergency, then I was told Sept 9 which was already seven weeks after the job was done. We are now past that date and still no resolution. This company took my money and delivered poor workmanship with constant delays and excuses. I want the job fixed by a qualified installer, my carpet scraps returned, and compensation for the repeated disruption. Avoid this company."
