"Amazing Install and Service. Turn around time to get us on the schedule was quick and even came back out the next day for a minor leak that needed to be addressed. As a veteran I truly appreciate the service this Vet Owned business continues to give the community at a fair price. Installers were friendly and answered all questions we had and even did a basic training on our new water softener system before leaving. You need better water...look no further! (and ask about the veteran's discount 😉)"
"Veteran-owned: Thank you for your service! Great guys, came up with options for project and made sure to choose the best solution. Installed water filtration/softener system and everything works great. They were fast, professional and very nice!"
"We thought the price was way too high, but we did not have time to comparison shop, and have never owned a tankless water heater. The speed and friendliness of the service, and the exemplary quality of their workmanship greatly compensated for paying, what seemed to us, a premium price."
"1 Tom Plumber did an outstanding job on my main sewer line. The team arrived on time, explained the hydro jet process clearly, and worked efficiently to get everything flowing again. They were polite, professional, and respectful of my property, taking the extra steps to protect surrounding areas and leaving the space clean when finished.
I’m very pleased with the results, and the drain line is running perfectly. I would absolutely hire them again and recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy plumbing company.
Highly recommended."
"They installed 2 new water heaters with a circulation system to provide virtually instant and endless hot water. We went this route because our house is all electric and electric tankless water heaters arenâ t really up to the task. They also had to subcontract electrical work to supply the necessary power upgrade. We expected this to be a 1 day job, but the electrician didnâ t have everything required so it dragged out to a second dayâ ¦ meaning another day out of work so we could be there to give them access to the property. Then later when we tried to use hot water for a bath, there was only about 2 minutes of hot. Turns out the circulation system was installed backwards, so the circulating water was hot, but once the pipes were depleted, cold water was fed to the spigots. Disappointing, but to their credit, someone came out Saturday, diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Overall, mildly annoying and a bit careless, but everyone was friendly and responsive, and the end result appears to be just what we wanted."

Hard water is not considered unhealthy and is safe to drink, cook with, and bathe in. It doesn't pose a risk to your physical health and can even help you get enough essential minerals like calcium in your diet. However, it can negatively affect skin and hair. Using hard water for washing can contribute to dry skin, an itchy scalp, and may worsen conditions like eczema by altering the pH balance. Additionally, some people do not like the taste of hard water.
You can use a commercial water repellent treatment for glass on your shower doors to prevent water spots. Take care to only apply the product to glass. Letting air circulate also helps prevent water spots, as water is less likely to remain on the glass for a long time with good air circulation. Run your vent fan, open a window, and leave the shower door open for about half an hour after using the shower.
Softened water prevents scale deposits, reducing appliance wear, leading to energy savings and longer-lasting household fixtures.
Softener systems extend appliance life spans, improve skin and hair health, and reduce pipe buildup by removing minerals like calcium and magnesium.
A single shower consumes an average of over 17 gallons, while brushing your teeth with the water running uses up to four unnecessary gallons. Watering the lawn spreads hundreds of gallons of water across the yard each time. Limiting water usage in these areas can significantly cut down your water bill.
