"The original company (Window Works) did not show up for the job. Chimney Sweeps did show up as a replacement. The price quoted was about 20% higher than quoted. They cleaned the gutters but left a lot of trash on the ground instead of bagging it."

"Guys were great. Cleaned up after themselves. Good job."

"George was very professional and the cleaning was effective. This is the second time I used them and will do in the future."

"Fast, on time, good communication. Efficient, professional. NO compalints ! This service saved us so much money instead of replacing our old carpets. He stretched & cleaned every room in the house ! It looks new ! Very happy!"

"I requested an overall house cleaning, Rachel started the service on time, it went into the difficult areas and corners, blinds, fans, restrooms were cleaned, I was particularly surprised with the mirrors, never saw them this clean before, I am very satisfied with Rachel’s work and professionalism."

"The first time I used them. They were acceptable but as time went on the quality of work declined. I called the office a couple of times and asked about things they should or should not be doing. I was told they were professionally trained and should be doing things they were not. The next time they came (it is not always the same people) I questioned them about my base boards . The worker said "We don't do baseboards." I said "I called your office and they said that was one of the services I paid for. When I relayed this message to the worker she said, "Oh they don't know what we do. Later after letting them go I hired a woman that used to for work for them. She said they would go in a house, do the things that were obviously in need of cleaning and skipped the rest."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Lenz Cleaning exceeded every expectation! They cleaned my home from top to bottom, and the attention to detail was incredible. Every room looked spotless, the floors were shining, the bathrooms looked brand new, and even the little details that are often overlooked were taken care of. The team was professional, punctual, friendly, and treated my home with great care and respect throughout the entire process. It's obvious they take pride in their work, and it really shows in the results. If you're looking for a dependable cleaning company that delivers exceptional quality, I highly recommend Lenz Cleaning. I'll definitely be using them again and will be recommending them to family and friends!"
