"From the start I was impressed with Grigore. When he came to quote the job, he removed his shoes before entering the house. (His shoes were clean, he was just respecting our floors.)
He explained the process, showed us a Bona brochure (he uses their equipment and products) with various stain color and finish options. And explained the pricing differences with the various finish options. His estimate arrived the same day as his visit.
We needed the work done quickly to accommodate a move. He was able to accommodate that. And, moved all of the furniture to the garage for a very reasonable price.
We were not in town when the work was done, but were very pleased when we returned to perfectly finished floors.
When he came over to get paid for the job, he brought a cleaning tool and solution and gave us a lesson on caring for the floors.
