"The cleaner was on time, informative, and polite. Unfortunately I feel as though the cleaning of my couches fell short. The couches aren?t old or worn, but just time to have them cleaned. Two visible spots that still remain. Not much difference really, but now have a strange smell to them since the cleaning. Not sure what was being sprayed on my couches. But not satisfied. The other thing that very much irritated me was when it was time to pay, the very first thing on the screen of the phone that the cleaner was holding was different options to leave a tip. Tipping culture has gotten out of hand. I don?t like the pressure of ?do I or don?t I tip? right in front of the cleaner. I don?t tip a plumber or electrician for their work. They just ch their fee for their work. Why am I pressured now to tip a cleaner, that I?m sure gets paid a fair & decent wage unlike a restaurant server making $2.37 that actually serves. The pressure will take my business elsewhere."

"This is the second time we have used Super Clean.  I am totally satisfied with the carpet cleaning.  Last year one of his employees did the job and I was also satisfied.  This year the owner himself provided the service and everything went very well.  He was professional, courteous and worked efficiently and even helped me move some of the heavier furniture to clean under and put them back.  He was right on time and have nothing bad to report. My carpets look very clean and  I would definitely recommend them.  He was very careful that my pets didn't get out which I really appreciated."
