Get matched with top couch cleaners in Karns, TN

"The cleaner was on time, informative, and polite. Unfortunately I feel as though the cleaning of my couches fell short. The couches aren?t old or worn, but just time to have them cleaned. Two visible spots that still remain. Not much difference really, but now have a strange smell to them since the cleaning. Not sure what was being sprayed on my couches. But not satisfied. The other thing that very much irritated me was when it was time to pay, the very first thing on the screen of the phone that the cleaner was holding was different options to leave a tip. Tipping culture has gotten out of hand. I don?t like the pressure of ?do I or don?t I tip? right in front of the cleaner. I don?t tip a plumber or electrician for their work. They just ch their fee for their work. Why am I pressured now to tip a cleaner, that I?m sure gets paid a fair & decent wage unlike a restaurant server making $2.37 that actually serves. The pressure will take my business elsewhere."

"When I went online looking for carpet cleaning near me, Renew called me immediately and was able to come next day to clean my carpet. Arrived exactly when he said he would and offered more services than i hired him to do. Carpet looked as good as new after completion. Very satisfied with the services provided!!"

"Excellent cleaning services were done, as I requested, in several areas not listed in this report, in addition to the power washing outside surfaces. Such as window and blinds cleaning, mud cleaned off brick foundations, driveway washed, outdoor furniture cleaned. Prices were reasonable for the service provided."

"Great. They were easy to schedule. Showed up on time and cleaned up after themselves. The couch looks great and pet smell is gone."

"Great customer service, professional, they are on time and they deliver what they promise, very reasonable rates."

"When no one locally even responded to my inquiries for a quote, Michelle got back to me the same day with a quote and description of how the repair would be done. It's a slight downside to have to ship one glove coast to coast for a minor repair on one finger. But the cost of shipping and the repair is much less than purchasing another $100 pair of gloves! The repair took a little longer than anticipated, but shipping time had to be factored in as well. Michelle was very prompt with communications during the process. Cost of service below did not include shipping which was about $16 round trip. The glove returned good as new...well as good as it's pair. The glove is two years old. But the seam was totally resewn and reinforced. Michelle stated she did not want to the issue to happen again. I hope it won't. The problem started with my fingers rubbing. Very happy with the service from Premier. I wish they had a shop in Maryland!"
