Called answering service on Thursday.  Called me back within an hour and scheduled me for the next day.  I was first up on appointments and went well.  They did not have a part they needed and had to return to shop.  Repair went well and quick.  Also fixed a leaking outside faucet for me.  Would highly recommend and would use in the future.  Felt I was treated very fairly.  Also gave me a discount for using Angie's List.
