I hired Air 911 LLC to install a new heat and air pump. They gave me great service and a very good price. They were punctual, professional and did fantastic work. I would highly recommend them to anyone especially family and friends. They did what they said they would do on time even in a rain storm.

Our AC went out during a recent heat wave. We called Air 911 and were greeted with a polite and professional staff. They worked us into their busy schedule and were able to get a tech out promptly. They diagnosed the issue as a bad compressor and replaced it the same day. We have used a couple HVAC companies throughout the years, but Air 911 was hands down the best service and price by far. Will be using them and referring to family and friends.

Our heat went out this past Christmas during days of sub-freezing temperatures. They came out Christmas morning and checked each part of our unit to diagnose the problem, determining it was a capacitor within the furnace. Within hours, they were back with the part and were able to install it. I would definitely call again for any future issues.

This company came soon after I contacted them on the hottest day this summer. They worked diligently, determined the problem and made a successful repair that very afternoon. I was able to stay in my home and be safe, in spite of the high temperatures. I offered them water, but they had a cooler with water. I was impressed that they were working safely on such a hot day with the western sun beating right on them.
