State 28 came in, gave us a very reasonable estimate and repaired the damage to our home and repainted in a timely, efficient manner. "When we did the walk through at the end of the day, the temperature was marginal for paint drying and we were looking at a wet surface of a deck. but accepted the work as it appeared to be complete. After a complete day of drying, areas that were not covered completely appeared. They came out on the next day that the weather was appropriate and satisfactorily completed the work."
