They came out and measured and photographed the house, discussed what we wanted done, and sent us a contract and a quote. We were promptly put on their schedule but an illness forced us to postpone the work. No problem. They worked with us and rescheduled with no problem. The operations manager came ou tge day they were to start, walked the house with us, and then briefed the crew. The painting crew was very competent, careful, and efficient. The second day the manager came out to check on the progress and assigned two more painters so they could finish in two days. After they finished the manager walked the house with us BEFORE they sent us the invoice - a really nice touch. The quality of the work was excellent. The cut-ins were really good. There was no paint where it shouldn't have been. The floors and furniture were covered. The crew didn't make a mess at all and the cleanup was very good. 360 wasn't the cheapest quote nor the highest quote. The work was excellent and worth the money. We cal recommend 360 Painting.

Took 3 coats of paint as the walls are a natural white and 18 ft ceilings are ceiling white. The definition was not showing so we asked for a 3rd coat - well worth the money & extra labor. 360 was easy to deal with and 12 month/same as cash made spreading payments affordable.

Chip and his crew were available on short notice and even started a few days early when other local painters were booking months out and i wanted job done ASAP to get house ready to list for sale. Whole team was professional, friendly, and efficient. They cleaned up materials immediately and even returned a few days later to do touch-ups and to re-stall bathroom fixtures for no extra charge. Top quality work and above and beyond service for very reasonable price. Highly recommend and will call them for all my painting jobs in the future!

When we did the walk through at the end of the day, the temperature was marginal for paint drying and we were looking at a wet surface of a deck. but accepted the work as it appeared to be complete. After a complete day of drying, areas that were not covered completely appeared. They came out on the next day that the weather was appropriate and satisfactorily completed the work.

The original quote was for "walls, 1 ceiling, baseboards. Quote did not include door trim. Who paints baseboards but not door trim? 360 painting should provide comprehensive "trim" estimates. I paid extra $200.00 for door trim. I don't know how they come up with their estimate amounts. It is not based on sq. ft.

They were great! Easy to communicate with (via text and phone) and quick to respond. They set up time to do a quote within a few days and were flexible with giving me a couple of options. When I decided sort of last minute to add painting of the baseboards, they quickly sent a new quote. They answered all my questions and were very helpful throughout the process. They were also able to schedule the work very quickly, and the team that did the painting were friendly, professional and super fast! The end result is exactly what I wanted. Highly recommend!

Both the painting and repairs look very, very nice; the work was done efficiently and effectively. The crew seemed to understand and apply teamwork which, I believe, added to their workmanship. Everyone met and spoke with representing the business was polite and friendly, and appeared to be driven to do good work.

My husband and I have done over 35 renovations over the years - commercial and residential. Mack with 360 Painting was THE best vendor we have ever worked with. His painting crew was excellent and always on it, 6 days a week (it was a huges job that lasted 4+ weeks!). The first price was fair, the additions to the job were priced fairly, and there were never any surprises. Best of all, Mack was the kindest and best communicator we have ever worked with. He was there at the job site - our home - at least twice a day, even though the main painter was always there. They all went beyond our expectations! We really lucked out and would highly, highly recommend them!

Excellent communication, additional needed work was promptly addressed and quoted, and done in timely fashion Work looks stunning, great team. My greatest concern was underlying issues in some wood trim areas, not clearly visible at project start. Super flexible in working with me to identify and re-quote. Easy to paint over issues but 360 painting does it right and lasting. No shortcuts. Thanks!!

This is an absolutely wonderful company, that I would highly recommend to anybody. I had power washing done, exterior painting and repairing and staining of my deck. Throughout the whole process (coming to see what the work is, creating a quote, answering my questions to the quote, scheduling the work, performance of work, clean up) the company was reliable, held to the schedule they had proposed, were always on time. The work crew was highly knowledgeable, friendly, respectful, open to answer any of my many questions. The quality of the work is impeccable. At the end Sharon came to my house to check the quality of the work herself. With regards to price they were right within two other comparable quotes I got for the same work. I will definitively hire them again.
