"Since 7/2025 I knew we needed insulation blown into our less than 1300 SF 1973 built home. Got a quote for over $5000, left messages at many more and some didn’t even show up or return my call. "We had a pest problem (mice) in our attic and crawlspace. As a result, we needed to not only remove the pests and close up entry / access points but also to remove and replace the 30+ year old insulation in our attic. We had read many positive reviews as well as received personal referrals from friends for the team at Complete Animal Removal / Complete Insulation and we were not disappointed. Many thanks to Michael for meeting with us for the initial inspection, answering questions, and guiding us through the process. The Teams from Complete Animal Removal / Complete Insulation Inc. did a fantastic job. They were very thorough and professional. The team at Complete Animal Removal worked through the pest removal process and closed up all entry and access points to prevent future issues. This process took several weeks and included sealing up all access points in our attic, crawlspace, etc. Once we had the pest issue under control, the team at Complete Insulation removed all of our fiberglass insulation in our attic and installed new closed-cell spray foam insulation. The spray-foam insulation install process went very smoothly. We had one minor electrical item that needed to be addressed in the attic while the team was prepping for the install and the team had an electrician onsite same day. We really appreciated the guys knocking out the install in a single day. Many thanks to Josh Gilbert, Josh Francis, Colton Brake, Alex Moulton, and Dylan King. They laid down heavy plastic to protect all of our hardwood floors and cleaned up when they finished. I've posted several pics to show before and after. "Did our due diligence for solar.  Sunpro far surpassed all others.  All at the company were knowledgeable, professional, and friendly - from first contact through installation & beyond.  Got the most panels for the price also.  They made the process seamless and no stress.  Communication is great.  They let you know what to expect, follow up immediately & every step of the way, & answer any questions.  Always easy to contact and could answer any question.  Website is full of all the info you need.  They also take care of everything - financing contact, energy company, permit, tax documents, inspection, etc.  Everything is done as promised & quickly.  They do such a great job there is no time to wonder what's happening next.  Installation team arrived as expected & worked continuously to completion.  Cleaned up so well you can't tell they were  here except for the panels on the roof.  Answered our questions & were polite & friendly.

One to avoid:  Solar Advantage.  Bugged us to death, tried to trick us into going with them; sent long email telling us how awful Sunpro is, which was all untrue.  All others contacted in our area no where near came close to Sunpro - with info, professionalism, knowledge, straightforwardness, & follow-up.
Note:  They plan the panels for $25,000 in order for LA residents to get the full 50% LA rebate ($12,500) & 30% Federal credit ($7,500), leaving $5,000 as our portion.

"He was great. He was able to put insulation into areas that 3 other companies stated they could not do because of the angles of our roof. We started out without insulation in the den area because it is a vaulted ceiling but he was able to work all the way down to the outside wall and put insulation into the difficult areas no one wanted to work on. I would highly recommend him to work on your home if you have difficult areas and need some relief"
