It went extremely well. People came when they said they would come and did what they said they were going to do. At the end of the work, it was examined to insure that the job was done exactly right. My husband and I went under the house and it looked exactly like we expected. We plan to have the company come on an annual basis to inspect and change the battery in the monitor that we keep in the kitchen.
One thing I want to mention is the wellness factor. My husband and I have allergies and we did everything we knew to get better. We got hardwood floors and had the vents cleaned out. We are getting better and better since we had the crawlspace encapsulated.
The last thing I want to mention is probably the most important if you think you have a crawlspace problem. There are people out there with business cards saying they know how to do this job. If you are serious about your crawlspace issues, don't take a chance on hiring a quack who does not know how to do the job. Pay these people to do it right the first time!

2 men showed up on time and did a great job blowing in 18-22" of insulation. They prepped the area with baffles to ensure the insulation wouldn't interrupt proper air flow in attic and blew in 14 bundles of insulation.

Overall, I could not have been more pleased with the job that they performed. It was not an inexpensive job, but I did my homework and received multiple estimates for the work to be performed. All of the estimates that I received were very close as far as quoted cost went, but when you started comparing apples to apples there was no comparison. The job that they did was a complete turn key installation. Some of the others wanted to charge as much as $350 extra for things such as the installation of an electrical outlet if I didn't do it myself, or they were not going to encapsulate the walls, just the floors - for about the same cost. Even more important they provided me with a 5 year warranty on the complete installation - including mold. The other guys would not provide a mold warranty. I didn't want to spend this amount of money and have no guarantee that it was going to cure the problem. Finally, all of their employees were very professional and courteous. From the original inspection and estimate, there was never any high pressure sales tactics. The other guys tried to pressure me into signing a contract by offering a 7% discount if I signed on the spot,. Turned out after I did all of my research that the other guys 7% discount only got them to a competitive price with the Crawl Space Ninjas but with a much smaller scope of work. Any time that I had questions along the way, they were very quick to respond.

They were fantastic! I have since hired them for additional work and would recommend them to anyone. My crawlspace is fairly large but looks amazingly clean and dry.
The encapsulation and dehumidifier install took one whole day with two workers. Both were polite and efficient. I hardly noticed they were here!
Heavy rains a few days later seeped ground water under the encapsulation and so I called the company to inquire about it. They sent someone out asap to take a look. We decided on a sump pump install and that was also done quickly and looks great.

They came when scheduled, blew in the R19 insulation, cleaned up and left. Followed up with a visit to inspect the work and make sure it had been done correctly. Very nice to work with them. I get the air filters for my heating cooling system from them too.

It is easy to earned 5 stars when a job goes well. It is very difficult to earn 5 stars when a job does not go well. Things happen. How a company responds to things going wrong is what separates the Champions from the Chumps. Things went wrong on our job. Mike Church, (Owner), immediately sprang into action. No finger pointing, no excuses, no BS ? Mike stated he will make things right and he did. It takes a Champion to step up and do whatever it takes to make thing right. Crawl Space Ninja are true Champions ? they delivered. In the end, we are very pleased with our crawl space, and even more pleased that we choose Crawl Space Ninja to do the job. I?m not sure another company would have the same level of integrity.
