"Do not let David install a lawn sprinkler system at your house if you are served by First Utility District. Our water was nearly turned off and we had to get an extension so that another contractor could fix his non-compliance. He promised to fix the problem but never showed up. First Utility District requires the back flow preventer be installed within 5 feet of the water meter."
