Courteous, knowledge, and if he can’t do what you need he’ll refer you to someone that can that is trustworthy and will get the job done right. 5 star company in my humble opinion.

They arrived on time and immediately started work. Used my design but suggested excellant alternatives to simplify work and save money. Accepted my help when additional hands were needed to speed up work. Moved quickly but remained concerned with quality appearance. They dug 5 post holes in very difficult gravel and clay, were very careful with placement and leveling of posts and set all in mixed concrete. Final project was level and plumb and looked great. Very pleased with their service.

J T Home Repair communicated very well with us. We had a glitch as the faucets were worn out, and they worked with us as we preferred our own plumber to complete the repair. They were also very flexible as we changed our minds several times about the type of tile! The workman completing the tiling did excellent work and was highly professional. The price was quite reasonable for the amount of work entailed. We definitely plan on hiring out our next home improvement project from J T Home Repair!

John and his crew are always very amicable, professional and caring. They show up and do a great job. Love that we can depend on them for multiple tasks around that house that we are just too old and unable to do ourselves.

Everything went great. John was very responsive to phone calls and text. His men were always there when they were supposed to be. This job involved an extensive amount of challenging tile work (silver travertine in French Versailles pattern). The tile guy did an outstanding job and had lots of good recommendations. The vanities also had to be modified to fit the angled wall and they built me a custom knee-drawer to go between the vanities. Things really couldn't have gone better. As soon as I can save up some more money, I'll hire them again!

It is with great sadness that I must tell you of an unsatisfactory experience with your company. An employee of JT Home Repair was dispatched to my house to install an exterior door. The work was performed on 10/6 and 10/7, 2 days, even though the simple installation of a single door should not have taken more than a few hours. The gentleman he dispatched to my house had only worked for John for a few days. The worker lied about the hours worked and status of job completion. John never came to verify the satisfactory completion of his employee's work. I called John afterwards because the door handle appeared to be installed improperly. On Monday 10/10/16 John sent out Rich to see what was wrong and he adjusted the door handle. John called later that day for payment. Payment of $225 was made. On 11/28 I noticed the door again wouldn't close properly and the door handle wouldn't open or close the door. I originally thought the Schlage door handle and lock were defective. I called John to come out and check but he stated there would be an additional charge for that. I had a neutral contractor to come out and take a look. I was advised that the issue was the door was installed improperly, not being shimmed properly, which led to failure of the striker and striker plate functioning properly. It is my belief that John's ex-employee "JURY RIGGED" my door just good enough so that it would be sufficient for him to receive payment. I was forced to hire another contractor to repair John's employee's improper installation of my product as he has chosen not to follow through with his promised warranty of his work. I would not recommend JT Home Repair and am a very dissatisfied customer. I will be contacting John for a possible refund. Any assistance you can offer will be greatly appreciated.

He came the next morning so that we would not interrupt mail service. Our other mailbox broke off at the ground level. He did a great job and offered to put the numbers on the box as well. In addition, he offered to cart off our old mailbox.

Great response time with estimate. Came over 1 day later to do the work. Everything done quickly & professionally. Worker very considerate, let me know every step of the way what they were doing & how long it would take.  I have used JT Home Repair many times & have always been happy with the work & the price.

Handyman was prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable. Work was completed professionally and very quickly. We would certainly have this company back on any project or repair we would have. We are a small condo community and always need some small repairs done.

I paid John $185 for being at my house for under an hour, but it was worth it! 1) he scheduled me in quickly. 2) in order to keep things quick, we communicated in advance so that he could bring the things he needed. This was important because he scheduled me for 8 AM Monday morning and I had an important meeting at 10 AM on monday. 3) He brought the right tools, and did a great job. 4) He hustled! When going from one place to the next on the job, he jogged, he did not walk. Yet he did not complain when I made him take off his shoes every time for my carpet. 5) He was very professional, courteous, nice. He did leave a bit quick, but I figure he was going to make more money! I will be using him again. He did a great job. He quoted me a bit more than I would have liked, but then he put in the extra effort ahead of time, got the job done quick and stayed with the price he quoted. I will be using him again!

All work went very well. Quickly and with minimum mess.  Cleaned up all work as it was completed.  Nice employees who were all proficient in their tasks.  Kept to the schedule, yet remained flexible to the needs of the household.  Well equipped job trailer with full complement of power tools.
