"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

"Things went great.  Provider kept in contact with me about appointment, and actually called me to see if it was alright to come early!  He did.  He was very talkative while he went about the work, and explained everything he was doing and why.  He pointed out a few things that were constructed wrong, but not something that needed to be remedied immediately.  The crew was very personable and friendly.  They were not pushy at all in discussing the roof and a few other things.  They just asked that we keep them in mind if we decided to do any other work. "Scheduling is a bit of a pain, but the workers were really nice, courteous and cleaned up after themselves. Terry, the owner isn't very good at keeping his word, but the workers done whatever we asked them to do. If you aren't on a time crunch I would recommend them, just make sure you remember exactly what tile, flooring, vanity etc you order to be installed."
